We accept single-machine orders as well as complete production lines. There is no MOQ on standard models such as ZA94-25 through ZA94-100.

What is the typical lead time?

Single machines from stocked configurations ship in 15–25 working days. Complete production lines typically need 30–45 working days from down-payment, plus sea-freight transit time.

What payment terms do you accept?

30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy is standard. We also support L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Credit-card payment is available for spare parts.

Which Incoterms do you support?

EXW, FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen, CIF and CFR to most ports worldwide. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery on request.

How does the line fit in containers?

Our standard production lines are designed for container-fit footprints. A typical 5-machine line fits in one 40HQ; a full 18-machine turnkey factory usually loads into 2 × 40HQ.

Can you customize voltage and frequency?

Yes. Standard options include 380V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz, 440V/60Hz and 480V/60Hz. Other configurations on request — just tell us your local power spec.

Do you offer OEM / private label?

Yes. We supply custom paint color, nameplate, manual cover and packaging branding for distributors. MOQ for OEM is typically 3 machines.

Do you send engineers for installation?

Yes. For complete production lines, we send 1–2 engineers to your site for installation, alignment, wiring, calibration and operator training. Customer covers travel and accommodation.

How long does operator training take?

Typical training is 3–7 days on site, covering operation, tooling change, daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting. We also provide free video courses and a printed operator manual.

What does your warranty cover?

12 months on the main machine body from the date of commissioning. Wear parts (dies, grippers, cutters) are excluded but available at factory price. Lifetime technical support on every machine.

How quickly can you ship spare parts?

Standard spare parts ship from our Guangzhou warehouse within 3 working days. Customers in East Africa, Southeast Asia and South America can also order from regional hubs.

WhatsApp, email and video-call support 7 days a week. We can also remote-diagnose PLC-equipped models via secure VPN if you provide internet access at the machine.

What wire grade should I use?

SAE 1006 or SAE 1008 low-carbon steel wire rod is standard for common wire nails. We can recommend the right grade based on your nail type and machine model.

How do I estimate my capacity?

Capacity depends on nail length, wire diameter and machine model. As a rough guide, one ZA94-50 produces 200–400 pieces per minute of 2.5" nails. Send us your target spec and we will model exact output.
