STEP 01
Steel Wire Rod
Raw material intake: high-carbon coil rod is received and inspected.
STEP 02
Wire Drawing
Coarse wire is drawn through multiple dies down to the target nail wire diameter, then lubricated, cooled and coiled.
STEP 03
Straightening & Feeding
Feed stand delivers wire at a constant rate into the high-speed nail machine with automatic straightening.
STEP 04
Nail Forming
Automatic cutting, head heading and point punching form the finished nail in a single stroke.
STEP 05
Surface Finishing
Fresh nails go into a polishing drum with abrasive media to remove burrs, oil and brighten appearance.
STEP 06
Sorting & Packing
Manual/auto sorting removes bent or defective nails; nails are weighed, bagged, labeled and stocked for sale.
STEP 07
Finished Nails
Finished nails are stocked and prepared for shipment.
Buy the nail machine — not the finished nails
Finished nails (HS 7317000000) carry high import duties; complete machines are typically taxed much lower.
Local production avoids high finished-goods tariffs, freight and anti-dumping risk.
In many countries importing a full nail line carries almost no duty. Equipment is a long-term asset — one investment, years of output. Nails are a continuous cost, paying duty and freight on every shipment.
